Jo Bo Ah, real name Jo Bo Yoon, is a South Korean actress, host, and model under XYZ Studio. She was born in Daejeon, South Korea. She graduated from Sungkyunkwan University, majoring in Performing Arts. She originally dreamed of becoming a flight attendant and entered the Department of Aviation and Tourism at Hanseo University, and was in the 2011 Asiana Airlines Flight Attendant Experience Class, but left to pursue acting studies at Sungkyunkwan University. She had won multiple awards, including "2015 New Actor Award" by 28th Grime Award, "2018 Excellence Award, Actress in a Feature Drama" by 6th Asia Pacific Star Awards, "2018 Variety Category Excellence Award" by SBS Entertainment Awards, and "2020 Best Couple Award (with Park Hae Jin)" by KBS Drama Awards. On October 12, 2024, she married her non-celebrity boyfriend in a private ceremony. On November 25, 2025, her agency, XYZ Studio, announced that she was expecting her first child and was due around early next year.
