Ning Chang

Ning Chang is a Taiwanese actress active in Taiwan and China. She was born in Germany. She attended National Taipei University and obtained a bachelor's degree in law. In June 2010, Chang graduated from the Institute of Industrial Economics at National Central University with a master's degree. She made her acting debut in the 2003 television series “Love Train". In 2008, in the 10th Taipei Film Festival, she won “Best Actress”.
