Wu Xuan Yi
Wu Xuan Yi is a Chinese singer, dancer, actress and former member of WJSN (우주소녀, also known as COSMIC GIRLS) and ROCKET GIRLS 101 (火箭少女101). She graduated from Hainan Normal University with a bachelor's degree in Dance. She made her debut in February 2016 as WJSN's lead dancer and vocalist with their first EP, "Would You Like?". The group was originally managed by Starship Entertainment (스타쉽엔터테인먼트) and Yuehua Entertainment (위에화엔터테인먼트) and both agencies focused on dividing the group into sub-units almost from the beginning. She went on hiatus in early 2018 as she participated in Tencent Video's survival show "Produce 101 China", where she finished in 2nd place, thus securing a spot in the show's project group. She made her debut in June 2018 as ROCKET GIRLS 101's lead dancer, vocalist and visual with their first single also titled "Rocket Girls". The group promoted for 2 years until Wajijiwa Entertainment (哇唧唧哇娱乐) announced its disbandment in June 2020. Afterwards, she decided to remain in China and debuted as a solo artist in September 2020 with the single "25".
