Winwin
Dong Si Cheng, known professionally as Winwin, is a Chinese singer, dancer, actor and member of NCT (엔시티) and 2 of its sub-units, NCT U (엔씨티 유) and WAYV (웨이션브이 / 威神V), and is a former member of sub-unit NCT 127 (엔씨티 127). He graduated from Beijing Dance Academy Affiliated Middle and High School where he studied Chinese traditional dance for 6 years and ranked first in the academy. He was accepted to Central Drama Academy but remains on a leave of absence as he focuses on his career. He was scouted on the street, but he didn’t trust the SM agents at first and thought they were scammers. He spent 2 years rejecting them or giving them a fake phone number until he finally joined SM Entertainment (SM엔터테인먼트) in July 2015. The company decided to create a 25-member group that was divided into separate sub-units. They quickly became known as South Korea's "most experimental band" due to their concept of having members switch units freely. In April 2016, he performed NCT U's "The 7th Sense" at their first live performance in China at the 16th Music Feng Yun Bang Awards. He continues to join the sub-unit occasionally and has been part of several lineup combinations. He made his official debut in July 2016 as NCT 127's lead dancer and sub-vocalist with their EP also titled "NCT 127". However, ahead of the creation of WAYV, the company decided to suspend his activities with NCT 127 in November 2018. He then made his debut in January 2019 as WAYV's lead dancer, lead rapper, sub-vocalist and visual with their single album, "The Vision".
