Kim Da Som
Kim Da Som is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress and former member of SISTAR (씨스타). She graduated from Anyang Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Film from Konkuk University. She made her debut in June 2010 as the group's vocalist, visual and maknae with the single "Push Push". Starship Entertainment (스타쉽엔터테인먼트) wanted to create a group that was able to switch genres and become style icons. Their fourth single, "So Cool," debuted at #1 on the Gaon Digital Chart, starting a streak of 9 consecutive number-one hits for them. As of 2025, only 4 other artists (IU, 2NE1, BIGBANG, and TWICE) have nine or more #1 singles on Gaon. She made her acting debut in 2012 with a role in KBS2's "Family". However, despite all their success, Starship announced the group's disbandment in May 2017, much to the fans' disappointment. Her contract with the agency ended in September 2021.
